ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions AG, a company of ThyssenKrupp Group, and Saab AB today entered into an agreement on the sale of Swedish shipyard ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems AB (formerly Kockums) with facilities in Malmö, Karlskrona and Muskö.
